		<description>ooohhh i have soooo been there. my trick for staying full and not snacking? water. water water water. sounds silly and very... duh, but you WILL (if you don&#039;t already) start to like it, (i LOVE a good cold glass of water now) and it helps you stay full and lose weight. :)

I hear what you&#039;re saying, and I don&#039;t know that low-carb is my permanent lifestyle, but it&#039;s working at the moment.  Once I got past the initial few days, I&#039;ve felt great.  In a couple of weeks, I&#039;ll start adding more carbs, because if there&#039;s one thing I miss, it&#039;s the forbidden fruit of the the induction period.  Mmmm, I look forward to eating an orange soon.</description>

What you need to do is look at ways to increase your fat burning hormones &amp; reduce the release of fat storage hormones. Its about eating at the right times &amp; the right foods which includes carbs. Anyway.. hope your party goes well.</description>
